Guest Addressing
Now that you have selected your invitation suite design, it’s time to get these envelopes addressed and on their way to your guests! By adding Digital Guest Addressing, your guest addresses will be digitally printed on your outer envelopes in the same ink color and fonts of your selected design.
Formatting Your Addresses
You will need to format your addresses in a provided templated document.
Abbreviations
If your address document has abbreviated street names, or state names, that is how your proof will appear. If you would like the names written out, please write each address exactly as you wish it appear. Revising a proof to spell out abbreviations will incur a $10 per envelope charge.
Ink Color & Envelopes
White/ivory envelopes are available for digitally printing in the same ink color as your suite, black or gray ink. Light color envelopes are available for digitally printing in the same ink color as your suite, black or gray. Dark color envelopes are available for digitally printing in white ink. Letterpress & Foil Clients
If you choose to have your suite printed in letterpress or foil, you may purchase guest addressing. Please note that choosing this means your return address on the back flap of the invitation envelope and front of the return envelope (which would normally be letterpress or foil), will instead be digitally printed.
Proofing
Your formatted guest envelopes will be sent for review after your first design proof has been approved. You are allotted two rounds of revisions for your addressed envelopes, the same as your other printed pieces. As with your wording, please carefully review your addresses before sending to reduce rounds of edits.
The proofing process is for layout purposes only, not address corrections. Any edits to a guest address or addition of a new guest address will be charged an additional $10 per envelope. Please do your best to have your guest list 100% accurate before sending.
All pieces of your suite, including additional cards, custom artwork and embellishments must be ordered together.
